AiphaChat is a WhatsApp automation product operated by GaTaL Tech, based in Malaysia. This policy covers this marketing website and enquiries you send us through it. The AiphaChat product/dashboard is a separate service with its own privacy terms. You can reach us any time at support@gataltech.com. GaTaL Tech is a sole proprietorship registered with SSM Malaysia (Reg. No. 202503092245 (SA0634024-P)), at 44 Batu 5 1/4, Jalan Kuala Kedah, 06600 Alor Setar, Kedah, Malaysia. It is the data controller for personal data described here.

To understand how our site performs, we collect anonymous, aggregate analytics only:

• Page views, scroll depth, and which sections are seen
• Clicks on buttons (e.g. “Book a demo”, “Send my menu”, “Sign in”)
• Language selected (English / 中文 / Bahasa Malaysia)
• The referring website’s name and any campaign tags (UTM) in your link
• General device type (mobile / tablet / desktop) and screen size
• An approximate country, derived at our server’s edge and then immediately discarded along with the network address

We do not store your name, email, phone number, IP address, or precise location in our analytics records, and we use no cookies or cross-site tracking. A temporary, random session identifier is held only in your browser’s sessionStorage and is erased when you close the tab.

Your network (IP) address is processed only momentarily at our server’s edge — to estimate an approximate country and prevent abuse — and is then discarded; it is never written to our analytics records. If a link or referrer contains text resembling an email or phone number, we drop it rather than store it.

If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal, we collect nothing at all on this site.

When you message us on WhatsApp, email us, or send a menu/FAQ for a free sample bot, you may provide personal data — such as your name, phone number, business details, and the contents of your message. This is our notice to you under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (as amended).

• Purpose: we use this data only to respond to your enquiry, build any sample bot you request, and follow up with you about AiphaChat.
• Disclosure: we may share it with service providers who help us operate (for example messaging and hosting providers) and where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
• Voluntary: providing this information is voluntary, but if you choose not to, we may be unable to answer your enquiry or build a sample for you.
• Your choices: you may ask us to stop, limit, or correct our use of your data at any time by emailing support@gataltech.com.

Please do not send sensitive personal data (for example identity-card numbers, or financial or health information) in sample-bot materials.

• Firebase Hosting (Google) serves this website.
• Supabase stores the anonymous analytics described above.
• WhatsApp / Meta carry any chat you start with us — that conversation is subject to WhatsApp’s and Meta’s own terms and privacy practices.

As with any internet service, our hosting and database providers may process technical data such as IP addresses transiently in their own server logs, under their respective privacy policies. Those provider-level logs are outside our control and separate from the anonymous analytics described above.

Anonymous analytics are kept for no longer than 24 months and are then automatically removed by a daily scheduled clean-up. Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and for our legitimate business records.

Under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (as amended), you may:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct it if it is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date
• Request that we delete it
• Request a copy / portability of it, where technically feasible
• Withdraw consent, or ask us to limit how we process it

To exercise any of these, email support@gataltech.com. Because this website is designed not to collect personal data, we usually hold none from your visit alone.

For any privacy or data-protection matter — including to reach our data-protection contact — email support@gataltech.com. If a personal-data breach is likely to cause significant harm, we will notify the relevant authority and affected individuals in line with Malaysian law.

This website and the AiphaChat product are intended for businesses, not for children under 18.

We may update this policy as the site evolves. The “Effective” date at the top shows when it last changed.
