By using this website or taking up an offer on it (such as booking a demo or requesting a free sample bot), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the offers.

AiphaChat is a software service that helps businesses automate replies on WhatsApp using AI. This website describes the product and lets you contact us. Use of the AiphaChat product/dashboard itself is subject to a separate subscription agreement.

We may offer to build a free sample bot from material you send us (such as a menu, product list, or FAQ), for your own evaluation and testing only. The sample is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose, and we may decline, limit, or withdraw the offer at any time. Only send material you have the right to share, and avoid sending sensitive personal data.

You keep all rights to the materials you send us (your menus, product lists, logos, and content). You grant GaTaL Tech a limited, non-exclusive licence to use those materials only to build and demonstrate a sample bot for you. The AiphaChat website, product, software, and branding remain the property of GaTaL Tech; nothing here transfers ownership of them to you.

You agree not to misuse this website — for example by attempting to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities, scrape it at scale, or submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content through its forms or links.

Any paid pilot or subscription will state its price and billing cycle before you pay. Fees are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and, unless stated otherwise, are exclusive of any applicable taxes and your own AI-provider usage. Introductory/pilot pricing applies only for the stated period. Except where required by law, paid fees are non-refundable once the service period has begun; you can stop future renewals at any time. The product itself is billed under its separate subscription agreement.

AiphaChat is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. “WhatsApp” is a trademark of its respective owner. Your use of WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp’s and Meta’s own terms, and you are responsible for complying with them. This site also relies on third-party providers (such as Google Firebase for hosting and Supabase for analytics) whose services are governed by their own terms.

This website and any offers on it are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GaTaL Tech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or the introductory offers on it.

You agree to indemnify and hold GaTaL Tech harmless from claims, losses, or costs arising from your misuse of this website, your breach of these terms, or material you send us that infringes a third party’s rights or applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Effective” date shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of third-party services, network or hosting failures, acts of government, or natural events.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms (together with our Privacy Policy and any separate subscription agreement) are the entire agreement between you and GaTaL Tech regarding this website and its offers.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. We encourage you to contact us first at support@gataltech.com so we can try to resolve any issue. Any dispute that cannot be resolved is subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
